I am furious. I am writing these words in a clearly altered mental state, so I apologize in advance for any abnormal behavior. I moved to a newly built apartment in November 2023. Since day 1, I had thousands of problems with humidity. I had literal water coming down the walls. they did a shitty job building the house and they had to come multiple time to fix stuff that was never really fixed. I had to keep windows open in winter for hours, I had to buy a dehumidifier, I had to wash mould away of my clothes. I reported multiple times to the gerance, who never really did shit. They once sent a technician who found a water leak, FOR WHICH THEY NEVER SENT ME ANYTHING WRITTEN despite my requests. They then sent someone to put sensors DURING CHRISTMAS, while I was not home for 3 weeks. THEY KNEW. Now they claim that their sensors said I am not opening the windows, there is mould and I have to pay for fulll re-painting of the wall. This is total fucking bullshit; they are the worst type of scammer, and I am wishing all kinds of bad things to them right now. this is incredibly upsetting. submitted by /u/Infinite_Pineapple50
