I have been having issues lately with ungodly frame drops and lag, nothing would fix it. Tried uninstall/reinstall, clearing cache, previous android version, current android version etc. Was going through the in-game settings to test changing my fps from unlimited to 60 fps to see if it made a difference, when I noticed my render distance was completely maxed out, something I never tweaked with in the past so unsure why it was changed now. Turned the render distance back to normal proximity, closed client and restarted it, been playing flawlessly ever since. Might not be the issue for most, but worth a looking into. submitted by /u/OldMcD0nald
