31M, B Permit, worked 7 years in Pharma production in shifts and was fired in November. I recived last salary end of January and already checked-in on RAV middle JAN. Here is the trick: This company pays shiftbonus of 1000 CHF end of February eventhough it says contract ended 31.01. Because of this reason I cant get “Arbeitsgeberbescheinigung” so that RAV and Arbeitslosenkasse can proccess my case. I called them and they told me because of the system collapse this will take 8-10 weeks. This means that from my last salary end of January, ill recive 1000 CHF end of February and then nothing untill April/May. This is horrible and I dont know what to do. If I didnt have a little something on the side saved up I wouldnt be able to survive until then. How is this even possible? Am I missing something here?
