All you guys who cannot find a job at the moment. I feel like becoming Sanitär (Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, etc) is not a bad direction to go Whenever I go on JobAgent to look for jobs, there’s like 10+ jobs posted weekly for project managers / installers etc in this area, and that’s just kanton Zürich. I want to do major renewal of water pipes in my house. I have contacted two well-respected plumbing agencies nearby. The first one considered my project, and politely told me they don’t have capacity in the near future (we did not discuss payment at all so far, and I agreed to their provisional plan). The second needed to be reminded to read my email with details a few times after a long introductory discussion. They are very apologetic and state that they are swamped with projects.
