The Department of Justice has seized two of the larger AI deepfake-nude generation sites, CFAKE and SOCFAKE, in what is being reported as the first enforcement under the TAKE IT DOWN Act. The sites let users generate non-consensual explicit images from ordinary photos. Worth watching as a marker of how the new law is actually being applied rather than just sitting on the books.
