For some context, I’m 26M and I have this close friend (26F) named Sam. I’ve known her since middle school and we’re very close and she’s insisted multiple times that she wouldn’t date friends. Anyway, she constantly says “I love you” to me. The other day she said “I love you more than life”. She’s also very comfortable with “platonic smooches” as she calls it like on the cheeks or forehead.
