Are your schools doing anything about the heatwave, other than sending letters to parents reminding them to make sure their kids bring water, etc.? Someone here wrote that their school canceled classes this week and replaced them with water activities, and I’m so jealous. Ours never does anything. It’s a freaking oven, with huge windows and temperatures above 30°C for several days now, and it’s supposed to stay that way all next week. I’d also like to know whether parents can choose to keep their kids at home in this situation, and if there would be any repercussions. Also, when is it going to change?
