Hi, I’ve noticed a pattern in recent interviews: I start stuttering and my answers become less structured, even when I know what I want to say. It’s particularly frustrating because I used to perform very well in interviews. I received consistently positive feedback in previous roles, including my current job. However, last year, while interviewing for a role I was genuinely excited about, I suddenly began struggling to articulate answers that I knew. At the time, I assumed it was due to exhaustion and the significant stress I was under. Since then, though, it feels as though I have lost the ability to talk clearly in an interview (or atleast to the standard I am aiming for). This shift has happened over roughly the past six months, and I am trying to understand why it has changed so suddenly. It would be good to know if someone has had some similar experience and how they got through this. Thanks submitted by /u/Fresh-Feedback4304
