So I subleased a room until 30 june. Today, I arrive and the main tenant is in the living room and says he will stay the week (I have 7 more days of contract) He says I only rented the bedroom and that he is going to stay there. What should I do. Do I have any right? Is he right? Do I call the police? contract does not say I rented the whole apartment. It says “Teile der Wohnung” — part of the apartment — gives me right of shared use of kitchen, bathroom/shower, living room, and laundry. submitted by /u/Alexpplay
