Self sacrifice! I 30M have just learnt the best lesson of my life. I stopped giving more than I needed to, losing sleep over it, they think that you stopped caring but that’s not true, you still do. I realized they don’t come from the same struggles as I did so they will never understand the standard you hold them upto until you allow them to make their own mistakes. The more you give the more you lose of yourself. I allowed myself to rest and it’s the best thing I’ve ever done. submitted by /u/FrostyReward7238
