Hello all, I left a backpack with miscellaneous travel items on the train back to Lausanne from Biel/Neufchâtel … (the dangers of traveling with many bags at end of a jet lagged return to Switzerland, realized). I’m located in Lausanne , and i filled out the lost item report on the SBB. Can anyone reassure me with success stories of recovering lost items/how efficient the lost item reports portal is?
