It is unbelievable how slow they are compared to what i am used too. Every once a while they respond so slow, even for simple tasks. U need to wait at least 15 minutes for them to reply and the quality is so bad… It looks like they downgraded the speed to save on costs and not let users overload their systems… This is not what i am willing to pay for… This is getting on my nerve. I have experienced this so many times over the last few months… STOP DOING IT! LISTEN TO UR CUSTOMERS FFS. People are switching to other models if u keep messing with them.
