For the 10th tine this morning, I nearly got run over by an imbecile on an e scooter. The difference is that this idiot was riding it on a packed train platform in Biel. Once I didn’t move for him to pass, he has the nerve to call me every name in the book. As normal people getting affected by this, is there anything we can legally do or are they not breaking the law? This happens so often that I’m starting to think it’s okay and accepted submitted by /u/Wonderful_Setting195
