I moved out of a studio apartment in Luzern. At the official handover, both sides signed the protocol stating: “Reinigung ok” notes: greasy dishes + dirty bedding I also paid a 390 CHF final cleaning fee . Now, 3 week later, the agency sent a final invoice claiming: 1h dish cleaning 1.5h “excessive cleaning” They also sent a cleaning report saying the apartment was “very dirty”, which was not in the signed handover report. No detailed breakdown or invoices were provided. Is this legal in Switzerland after a signed handover report marked as OK?
