Hello, I have a question. Maybe someone can help. We need to move out in about three months and were told by our regie that we should find a replacement tenant. So far so good. One thing that worries us in particular is that we will be moving abroad and when we took over the lease from the previous tenant, he still had to come back on the official handover date, even though we had already moved in earlier. Not a problem for him, because he just moved within the same city. We are however unsure how this would work in our case. If we find a suitable replacement tenant and the apartment is handed over earlier, will we still need to be physically present again on the official lease termination date next year?
