Hoi! Long story short: months ago I had an accident which led to a surgery. My accident insurance denied my case as an accident snd pushed all related expenses to my health insurance. I asked for an official decision and appealed against their decision as I have very strong facts and reports from my surgeon supporting my case. Now, out of surprise, an agent from the accident insurance reaches out to inform me that we have 2 options as of today. First option, to settle this between me and the accident insurance ( accident insurance is willing to cover all my health insurance deductible that I paid to cover for surgery expenses) OR in case I reject their proposal, go to the Kantonal court and let the law decide. Anyone been in such case? Any advice? My concerns: if I accept the reimbursement of my deductibles (2500) I am in practice letting them out of any future expenses I might have due to any issues or complications of my operated knee. If I reject their proposal and go to the Cantonal court, I am running the risk to lose the case and get no money. submitted by /u/leo_fibo
