Hello, I’m an Android developer and I use Claude Code since few months. With my company, I have unlimited access to Github Copilot which has an Opus 4.6 available. So I can run Opus 4.6 max with 1M context window for free. I also personnal purchased an Anthropic licence (Pro), with which I run Opus 4.8 medium. When Opus 4.7 and 4.8 didn’t exist, I was satisfied with Opus 4.6 from Claude Code. Now I’m very satisfied with Opus 4.8. My problem is that I feel Opus 4.6 max 1M from Github Copilot is not very good. There is not a job 4.6 did that 4.8 says it’s perfect. However the opposite is true, whenever 4.8 does something, 4.6 seems to be fine with it. In the end, I’m not confident enough in 4.6 while it’s unlimited, and I burn most of my tokens in my personal licence, even for work. How to deal with this ? submitted by /u/Eubish
