Otherwise they will stop auto-aggroing you. Meaning you either have to keep clicking them to attack or sip a goading potion every 6 minutes. Glad I saw this on here before going to start the quest, would’ve ruined my favourite WFH activity EDIT: Apparently there is a way to toggle the aggro. In the big house, south of the Darkmeyer teleport. There’s a werewolf that sells Garlic Cocktails. Vampires is aggressive again when it’s in your inventory.
