They say, they got the best model ever, then, lol jk, it is too dangerous so you cannot ask these questions. They release a new model (Sonnet 5) with a performance graph. People say meh, then they update the same chart saying we use a better benchmark now lolol. Max 5-20 plans are not actually 20x usage weekly. You buy yearly plan and they change your limits you agreed to or not allow you to use some models. They are saying their model is too dangerous for public use, ask for a pause for development, same week release the model they said was dangerous, then stop us asking questions. We don’t know what we are actually paying for. Similar tasks cost many more tokens in some days. Every single day I’m having errors, but the status shows all green. No incidents. When server does not respond, it is my fault and I need to check my VPN or my connection. Never their fault. It is crazy that you are buying a product and they change the product, cut your limits, openly lie about performance, usage, and the availability.
