I’m new to Switzerland and have a question about workplace culture. I have a small crush on a female colleague, but I don’t want to make assumptions or ask intrusive questions about her private life. I’m also not comfortable asking directly whether she has a boyfriend or girlfriend, since we work together. In Switzerland, are there any common social cues that women who are interested in women might give, or is it generally impossible to tell unless they mention it themselves?
