I’m a guy in my early 30s and I feel like I get tired very easily from a lot of ‘basic’ activities. Things like doing light gardening, or washing the car, or going for a brisk walk, I get tired or exhausted that I need a long breather before I’m able to continue. It’s the same at the gym - doing strength training, especially after squats, it’s very taxing for me and I need to sit down and rest for a bit after a heavy set, whereas I see others walking around fine. It’s the same for hiking - after doing so for 10 mins I just feel drained, that I don’t know how others doing it for hours. I’m not sure if it’s a genetic thing, or spending too much of my time indoors that my body hasn’t adapted, or other aspects like diet and sleep (though eating and sleeping well doesn’t seem to improve it) are the factor, but it’s always been like this all my life, even when I was a kid or a teen. Does anyone else feel this way? How can I improve myself to be able to better cope with these things? submitted by /u/pikachuu545
