Launched a code review with Fable 5 against my code base. Pure code review, no actually coding, just analyze and create a report… Burned through many tokens for almost 20 minutes to only get a message of “This models Safeguards flagged this message. This sometimes happens with safe normal conversations. Switched to Opus 4.8.” How is a code review for a desktop app that has no external network connection, with bo coding instructions, just create a report, a risk/unsafe. Fable 5 is neutered and simply waste a bunch of tokens for no results. Have been a longtime Claude user, but we need to stand up against anthropic, and boycott them. Take our business elsewhere, otherwise they learn they can continue on the same path without consequences. submitted by /u/mzungudev
