I work in Human Resources in the tech industry, I’m 26, and I live to another city away from home. Lately, I just don’t have the energy/time to properly focus on gaining weight, and I’ve actually been losing it. I’ve read that oats with milk/yoghurt and bananas is one of the easiest ways to gain weight. But honestly, even that feels like too much sometimes - getting good milk (not the packaged one), buying bananas, heating the milk, preparing everything … it just feels like a task.
