Men, what is something you wish women understood about male loneliness? I don’t mean this in a “men have it worse” or gender war way. I’m genuinely curious. When men talk about loneliness, it often seems like people assume they only mean dating or sex, but I imagine it can be deeper than that: lack of emotional support, not being checked on, feeling like you always have to be useful, or not knowing how to ask for help without feeling weak.
