With the recent controversy surrounding the difficulty of the new quest making the Lumby Elite Diary harder than other diaries; the perks associated with the Elite Diary should be revoked until the quest cape has been obtained again. Once the quest cape has been obtained you have to complete the diary step requiring the emote to be used at the Wise Old Man’s house. There’s no reason the high level players should still be eligible for the diary perks when so many of them can’t complete the new quest submitted by /u/eatmorebass
