Hey everyone, I’ve been trying to meditate daily but it’s tough – I start strong for a few days, then life gets busy/stressful and I drop it completely. I keep hearing amazing things about meditation reducing stress, improving focus, helping with overthinking, etc., but I’m not sure if it’s worth the effort for me. To people who stuck with it and saw real benefits: *What specific changes did you notice anxiety gone? Better emotional control? *How long did you meditate daily and how long before you felt a difference? *Any advice for beginners who struggle with consistency?
