For those unaware, when you get the fangs as a drop from maggot king and araxxor you need to etch them (requiring a set crafting level) to make them tradable. You then take the etched fang and combine them with the anguish/torture and make the upgraded amulet. However, if you get any duplicate doom cloths you still will need to get your hands on a tormented bracelet before being able to make it tradable. It’d be nice if it got the same treatment. submitted by /u/mrb726
