Hello, I am trying to sell some stuff on Ricardo.ch and I have a product and someone asked a question about it. As I was on vaccation, I quickly replied to the question in the comment section that I will get back as soon as possible. And when I tried to properly answer the question later, I seemed not to be able to. As in for one question underneath a product only one comment as an answer seems to be possible. I tried to DM the person but also such an option doesnt seem to exist. So my question is how can I reach out to the possible buyer answering their question? submitted by /u/DueLimit2550
