Today I was working on a project in Claude Code. Afterward I was going through everything and realized Opus 4.6 had edited a file to remove a part that was sexually explicit. It was only supposed to move that file over, it had no reason to edit it. I went back and called it out for editing one of my files and it admitted it right away. Didn’t even need to search to know what file I was talking about. I’ve submitted a bug report and posted on X/Twitter, but this feels really alarming. submitted by /u/Mountain_Ad_9970
