So, I’ve been into fitness most of my life, but more into running lately. I run daily, and have gone from 1 to 4 miles a day, but I didn’t expect the…chafing. Normally I run at the same time roughly, but the other day I had to run at night, then turn around and run in the morning. My bosom bullseyes were in so much pain! Worse, at work after my run, I started bleeding though my shirt! (Much to my coworkers amusement) What do I do? Creams? A certain fabric blend?
