Hi, I have a question about Umzugsurlaub (day off for moving out), the law is not super clear about it and my situation is particular. So, I’m from Belgium and currently living and working in Zurich. I’m planning to move back to Belgium while I’m still employed. I’ve made the request to HR and they told me that “the moving day entitlement is only for employees moving within Switzerland”, but I don’t really trust them. Is what they said true ?
