I am trying to get rid of face fat and belly fat. The thing is that I run 2 miles a day and only eat 2 meals really. For example, I ran before work today. Then I had a coffee and protein bar. For lunch, I probably eat a sandwich and then dinner chicken and rice. However, I never lose weight. I definitely feel hunger headaches so i know my body is craving food. Also I rarely snack too. So idk. I will admit I am stressed out which may contribute to keeping a belly since cortisol does mess with visceral fat. But I am curious what others have done submitted by /u/CreativeBar1289
