In the past, magic has suffered two major problems: Shadow is BIS everywhere and is difficult to “turn off” for a boss The gap between BIS and weaker gear is incredibly large Burn damage solves both of these in such a simple way. They successfully made harm better than shadow and managed to make twinflame closer to harm than it normally would be.
