Has anyone successfully pulled off a super strict workflow where the main agent only acts as an orchestrator and ALWAYS delegates every type of task to subagents? Like, I’ve set up a list of 9 subagents with specific tasks assigned to the right models, but most of the time, my “orchestrator” (Opus) ends up doing all the work itself. Even when I use the subagent-driven-development skill, it only spawns subagents when it feels like it, not consistently. I want a crazy strict setup where the orchestrator ONLY orchestrates, every single task is delegated to the correct subagent, and it asks an advisor when needed.
