This may be a stupid question, but I use Drizzle to manage my DB migrations, and I am often working on multiple worktrees with ClaudeCode, does any one have any advice on how not to create duplicate migrations that conflict in the drizzle journal? An other possible problem is i am sharing one dev cloud db, maybe half of the solution is running a local postgresql per worktree?
