Remove the need for the 1 time parch on specific items. Just make it so they all break. Parches still in game can be used as a free repair voucher for Perdu OR- A repair voucher that can be used anywhere and not at perdu. This could also allow me to repair an item more quickly at a bank vs going to perdu. This will allow parches to retain some value, mostly for convenience. The parch changes are a welcomed one but I feel like they just went half measures on it.
