Chrome 146 has this new feature called WebMCP behind a flag. Websites can now expose functions that AI agents call directly. Instead of: screenshot → analyze → guess → click → repeat It’s: call searchProducts(query, price) → get results 67% cheaper than current methods. Google + Microsoft are co-developing it.
