Everybody seems to leaning into how AI enchances productivity and so on. Like 60% of people in my company are at same productivity level. They are just having AI do what they used to. They are just offloading most of their work to AI and learning nothing. Amount of productive conversations with my colleagues is going down. Everybody just rushes and shits out random things using AI without any critical thinking. “Well just get AI to do it bro” I feel like in 3-4 years some of these people are going to be brain dead. submitted by /u/reddituser555xxx
