I know this won’t be a popular opinion (you signed up for a contract!), but pro-rata refunds should be a thing. Claude (and others) continually change the goalposts within a contract period, often silently or without notice (usage limits, model quantisation etc). Users should be allowed to cancel and have a pro-rata refund to deal with the vibe terms of Claude. submitted by /u/Plane_Garbage
