So I have cut out soda and most junk foods for about two weeks or so now but I’m noticing my stomach seems to be bloating even more so than before where constantly feel like I have that potbelly look, especially if I let it relax properly my stomach. Fiber supplements would be pretty easy to try. You can find them in most bigger stores near the laxatives. They’ll probably help at least a little.
