My ex gf’s account has been hacked and name has changed to a generic word with letters. The reason I am sad is that she has passed away years back and seeing the account name in my friends list brought me solace that she isn’t completely gone and forgotten. Is there any way to enter a ticket to restore the account and name to what it previously was? I don’t want to post any rsn here, but would be happy to provide info for a mod if they can help.
