Hey everyone, I have a quick question regarding the usage limits (both the 5-hour limit and the weekly limit ) in Claude Code. Lately, I’ve noticed something strange about how the remaining usage percentage drops. It doesn’t feel like a linear, steady decline at all. 40% ~ 50% range: For some reason, the usage barely seems to budge. It feels like it lasts forever. 70% + range: Once it passes this point, it feels like the usage drains incredibly fast. Maybe it’s just my personal coding habits—like my context window getting bloated toward the end of a session, which naturally consumes more tokens—but I’ve felt this exact same pattern multiple times now.
