Hey everyone, I’m looking for actionable advice from men who have successfully broken through the wall of social anxiety and built rock-solid self-confidence. While I appreciate everyone’s perspective, I am specifically looking for responses from those who have a genuine success story to share . I need real-world, proven strategies because I want to map out a clear, operational blueprint that I can actually implement in my life. To give you some context, I’ve realized that I am an ambivert. When I am within my selected comfort zone (my close group of friends or long-time acquaintances), I am outgoing, expressive, and extroverted. However, the moment I step outside that perimeter, my shyness and introversion kick in, and the anxiety takes over. My goal is to feel completely at ease, develop iron-clad self-esteem, and carry unwavering self-confidence into every context, not just familiar ones. What specific habits or mindsets actually moved the needle? Thanks in advance! submitted by /u/Raphael-Rose
