Title Mods - I know you are probably being instructed on what you can and cannot say, I understand you are under preassure and there are bugs left and right that are difficult to deal with, issues that is taking up a ton of time, and the focus is generally rather scattered. That being said, it’s not good enough. OSRS mobile players are paying customers, same as OSRS PC players. It’s the same game, but different platforms. If a company isn’t equipped to handle a game on multiple platforms, it shouldn’t offer it on multiple platforms, that simple. And Jagex is clearly not equipped to handle multiple platforms. Mobile feels as if it’s been on life support for ages, and I haven’t really played mobile all that long. There are so many bugs, that if they occured on pc, would be fixed within days, or a week at the most. These are gamebreaking bugs, like abyssmal fps/camera movement, clicking, game crash etc. I have seen some responses and attempted fixes, all really being boiled down to «we’re investigating». Take the fps issues: this has been a problem for well over a month now,squashing any real motivation to play. Paying for it, feels terrible at the moment. Seeing the same two mods saying that «we’re looking into it», and requesting the same info you’ve already gathered over the past month, is really demotivating. There are no signs of any fixes coming through, that will actually fix these consistent, recurring problems, no real communiation, and generally no transparency from any of you. I know you’re probably instructed to respond in a specific way, but it’s about time someone higher up actually comment on the state of their game, on a platform they supposedly support. I love runescape, been playing it for the better part of a decade, recently started an ironman, mainly playing on mobile because of time restraints, having a kid, a job, like most other mobile players. Being able to cool of whilst playing feels nice sometimes. But logging in with these issues, and the lack of support and response just feels bad, and I feel better just not logging in, and doing something else instead. Please, start communicating on the state of mobile. Are we on life support? Are there enough testers, developers, leaders etc? Why are you unable to focus on specific, gamebreaking bugs, rather than releasing a client update focused on «future improvements». I just want to, want to log in again.
