By the end of the workday I usually have enough energy to train but my brain feels cooked. I still drink coffee in the morning but another cup or a full energy drink before an evening session can leave me feeling too wired. Lately I’ve been trying to find something that helps me leave work mode behind. Music works sometimes or a quick walk helps too. Maybe food or some random routine that helps you lock in without feeling all over the place. What actually works for you guys? submitted by /u/Which_Winter_9742
