I was just wondering is there is any, I don’t know about. My gf is looking for a new job (supply chain/logistics) and lots of jobs are advertised by headhunter companies. The issue is, the biggest ones (e.g. Rocken, yellowshark and Adecco) are mostly reposting the same jobs forever, barely anyone applying to them anymore (according to linkedin numbers). They also always reject her, or give no feedback, even if she is the only applicant (has most requirements). I also had the same issue with them, never got any feedback, or just automated rejections, but I had lots of interviews with companies directly. Are there any headhunter companies, which are not just CV harvesting/posting fake jobs? She also applies to companies directly ofc, if they advertise a job. submitted by /u/Legitimate_Change756
