For context, he’s done things that lead me to believe he’s on a path where he could do the above, but I hear about womens and even minors experiences in which they believed the friends of this predator knew the entire time but did not say anything, and I want to assure that no woman or child is hurt, as I believe at this point it would be my fault for allowing his behaviour. So how do I start the conversation? What can I say to this person to tell them that I’m concerned for others peoples safety. The signs are there, I will not go into extreme detail because it would be a long list, and this is long enough as is.
