Hey JMods, I am writing this because I hit an absolute brick wall with automated support and need a human eye on my case. My account was recently flagged with an offense, which I went to appeal. However, my appeal was immediately shut down by Mod Frenzy with a template email stating that it is “highly unlikely” I am the original creator of the account. This is a complete false positive by the automated system. I am the sole creator and owner of this account. I suspect the technical data mismatch happened because I have moved homes and apartments 6 different times since creating it (I can verify the exact locations of each move if needed). Along with moving, I changed internet service providers multiple times, and I frequently switch between playing on my PC, laptop, iPad, and iPhone. Because the support team has locked me out of further ticket inquiries, I am posting here in hopes an anti-cheat or senior support JMod can manually look at the actual creation data logs alongside my actual gameplay history to verify my ownership and review the RWT flag fairly. I put my heart and so many hours into this account, and I’d hate to lose it because of a system glitch. This account is fully tied to my personal email and the Google Authenticator app. I was once compromised in the past, so it’s possible the hacker logged in from a strange location back then, but since adding 2FA, the account has been entirely secure. For the community members here, I would really appreciate it if you could help bring visibility to this post so a JMod might see it. I love OSRS and have been playing since '07. I’ve already lost two legacy accounts in the past before modern security measures existed, and it makes me incredibly sad to face losing this one over a false positive.
