I am curious on why a major lab would build and release different model families at the same time and why would they build different models instead of just the one? OpenAI has Sol, Terra and Luna while anthropic has Haiku, Sonnet and Opus Why would a lab build three different models and what is really so different about them that justifies the investment ? submitted by /u/BigKozman
