Hey everyone, I’m looking for some insight into a bizarre interaction I had in the God Wars Dungeon, as I’ve been out of the loop for a long time and I’m wondering if this has happened to anyone else. I recently logged back into my main account (RSN: Neurophunk) after taking a break from the game for about years. I have a full-time job and just wanted to casual play some Slayer. I got a task of 149 Spiritual Warriors and went down to the Saradomin side in GWD. Because it’s been years since I played, my game knowledge is pretty rusty. I tried to set down a dwarf multicannon right there, which didn’t work and literally exploded in my face. (there was a grey smoke animation) Shortly after this session, my account was hit with a permanent macro ban. I am completely certain I haven’t used any third-party software or bots, so I’m trying to understand if trying to place a cannon in a restricted zone like that can trigger a false positive flag in the anti-cheat system? Has anyone else experienced an instant automated flag after a weird item interaction like that, or is there a specific way to get a human to review the login logs to see if it was a hijack?
